Los servicios de seguridad de Ucrania (SBU) han dado a conocer una grabación de audio interceptando a separatistas pro-rusos discutir sobre cómo derribaron un avión civil en el este de Ucrania, informa el Kyiv Post.

El SBU filtró una conversación entre militantes apodados "Major" y "Griego", donde los separatistas inspeccionaron el lugar del accidente. Según una transcripción traducida por el Kyiv Post, los rebeldes discuten tras darse cuenta de que se trata de un avión civil y viendo civiles muertos.

Según el vídeo ya colgado Youtube, uno de los supuestos comandantes insurgentes le informa a su superior sobre el derribo de un avión comercial en la región de Donetsk, escenario de combates entre rebeldes y fuerzas gubernamentales.

A la pregunta de si el aparato transporta armamento, uno de los rebeldes en el lugar del siniestro responde que solo "artículos civiles" y que sus hombres hallaron un documento de identidad de un estudiante indonesio.

En otra conversación, uno de los insurgentes informa a su superior que el avión "resultó ser civil" y añade que "hay un mar de cadáveres de mujeres y niños".

"En la televisión señalan que se trata de un An-26, avión de transporte, pero que lleva escrito Aerolíneas Malasias ¿Qué hacía en territorio ucraniano?", apunta el insurgente.

Un avión de pasajeros de la línea aérea Malaysia Airlines con 295 personas a bordo fue derribado este jueves cerca de la villa de Grabovo, en Donetsk, cerca de la frontera con Rusia, según dijo el ministro del Interior de Ucrania Antón Gueráshenko para la agencia rusa Interfax.

El funcionario advirtió para el medio ruso que la aeronave Boeing-777 fue impactada por misiles lanzados por los separatistas.

El mismo presidente ucraniano, Petró Poroshenko, no descarta que hayan derribado el avión.

"En los últimos días, este es el tercer caso trágico de este tipo, después de que fueran derribados un AN-26 y un SU-25. No descartamos que este avión también fuera alcanzado, y subrayamos que las Fuerzas Armadas ucranianas no realizaban ninguna acción para derribar objetivos en el aire", expresó.

El Boeing 777 de Malaysian Airlines que se estrelló hoy en el este de Ucrania con 295 personas a bordo fue derribado por un misil ucraniano que tenía por objetivo el avión del presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, según una fuente de la Aviación de Rusia citada por medios de este país.

La fuente, que pidió el anonimato, dijo a la agencia Interfax que existe la probabilidad de que el blanco de un misil ucraniano lanzado desde tierra o desde un caza ucraniano podría haber sido el avión presidencial ruso.

“Puedo decir que el avión presidencial y el Boeing de Malaysian Airlines se cruzaron en el mismo punto y en el mismo corredor. Esto sucedió cerca de Varsovia en el nivel de vuelo 330a a una altitud de 10.100 metros. El avión presidencial estaba allí a las 16.21 hora local (12.21 gmt) y el avión de Malaysia Airlines a las 15.44 (11.44 gmt)”, precisó la fuente.

“El contorno de ambas aeronaves se parece, las dimensiones lineales también son muy similares y en cuanto al color del avión, a una distancia lo suficientemente grande, también es casi idéntica”, agregó la fuente.

Tanto el Canal 1 como la televisión RT rusa se hicieron eco de esta información.

El vuelo MH17 de la compañía aérea Malaysia Airlines ha sido derribado en el este de Ucrania, concretamente en la zona rebelde de Donetsk.
Las extrañas circunstancias del ataque del vuelo MH17, que fue alcanzado por un misil tierra-aire disparado por separatistas prorrusos, parecen empezar a tener alguna respuesta y un nombre ha comenzado a sonar en las redes sociales como principal responsable de lo que ya puede ser considerado uno de los peores ataques de las milicias prorrusas del este.
Igor Strelkov, ministro de Defensa de la autoproclamada república de Donetsk, publicaba un polémico mensaje en su cuenta de Facebook pocos minutos antes de que supiera el fatal final del vuelo MH17.
«Acabamos de abatir un AN-26. Ya les avisamos, no sobrevoléis nuestra zona. Ya hemos abatido otro, creo que era un SU», escribía Strelkov en las redes sociales, un mensaje que se ha extendido como la espuma y que le ha situado directamente como presunto responsable del ataque que ha acabado con la vida de 295 personas que viajaban a bordo.
Con estos últimos datos todo apunta a que los rebeldes prorrusos erraron en su objetivo, pensando que era otro avión militar enviado desde Kiev.

WASHINGTON—The U.S. and its allies accused Russian-aided separatists of firing the missile that downed  Malaysia Airlines  3786.KU -11.11%     Flight 17, killing 298 people, including a dual Dutch-American citizen, and demanded that Moscow end months of unrest in eastern Ukraine.

President Barack Obama, faulting Russian President Vladimir Putin's support for separatists, called on Friday for "an immediate cease-fire" in eastern Ukraine to allow for a thorough investigation of the crash by international authorities. "It is not possible for these separatists to function the way they're functioning... without sophisticated equipment and sophisticated training—and that is coming from Russia," Mr. Obama said at a White House news conference.

At the crash site in a separatist-controlled part of eastern Ukraine, pro-Russia rebels fired briefly into the air before allowing the first international observers very limited access to the vast field of destruction.



Ukrainian officials have released what they say was evidence that the jetliner was shot down by separatists, including video of an antiaircraft system purportedly being moved, and intercepted phone calls said to be between separatists and Russian advisers. U.S. officials said they are examining some of the evidence offered by Ukraine.

Mr. Obama said Moscow would face new economic sanctions unless it backed a cease-fire and international probe of the crash site. His remarks came amid new indications that Europe, jolted by the tragedy, may be readying an expansion of sanctions as early as next week.

"This is a platform that gives us a lot of leeway to act on a new level," German Chancellor Angela Merkel said, referring to a new framework for potential sanctions adopted by the European Union earlier this week.

Earlier Friday, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Samantha Power, presented evidence of Russian aid to pro-Russia separatists.

Together, the developments pointed to a renewed, U.S.-led campaign against Moscow that puts Mr. Putin on notice that he is facing world-wide grief and anger over the crash and now must swiftly move to stabilize eastern Ukraine.

"If Mr. Putin makes a decision that we are not going to allow heavy armaments and the flow of fighters into Ukraine across the Ukrainian-Russian border, then it will stop," Mr. Obama said.




Moscow has denied supporting separatists in eastern Ukraine and blames Kiev for continuing hostilities. The Obama administration on Friday hedged its accusations to a degree. U.S. officials avoided a hard conclusion that Russia supplied separatists with the SA-11 weapon system, and one official cautioned that there is no direct evidence linking Russian forces to the shoot-down.

"There isn't a smoking gun pointing to the Russians," said the U.S. official.

But Rear Adm. John Kirby, the Pentagon press secretary, said it "strains credulity" to think the separatists could use an SA-11 system, a Russian-made weapon also known as Buk, "without at least some measure of Russian support and assistance."

Adm. Kirby said there was intelligence that separatists from Ukraine had travelled to Russia for training on vehicle-borne systems, but stopped short of saying they were trained to use the system suspected of bringing down the Malaysian plane.





U.S. officials have ruled out Ukrainian forces as the source of the system used to shoot down the airliner. Instead, investigators believe separatists and Russian advisers either repaired an aging SA-11 or brought a new one in from Russia that escaped detection by U.S. spy satellites, officials said.

Ms. Power, addressing the Security Council in New York, said the Malaysian plane was "likely downed" by an SA-11 anti-aircraft system "operated from a separatist held location" in eastern Ukraine close to the Russian border.

The Russian ambassador to the U.N. looked on as Ms. Power argued that the U.S. "cannot rule out technical assistance from Russia" to operate the sophisticated weapons system the U.S. believes was used to down the jetliner.

She said Moscow previously had provided the pro-Russian separatists with Soviet-era tanks and artillery, and that the Ukrainian military had found caches of Russia-provided military equipment in parts of eastern Ukraine that have been retaken from separatists.

"We must stop at nothing to bring those responsible to justice," Ms. Power said. "This appalling attack occurred in the context of a crisis and has been fueled by Russian support for separatists—through arms, weapons, and training—and by the Russian failure to follow through on its commitments."



The crash may move European leaders to consider more far-reaching economic sanctions against Moscow, which they have so far avoided. Extensive media coverage of the airline crash and the widespread suspicion that the separatists are responsible could influence the debate.

"It would have major consequences if it was certain it came from the rebels—major consequences," said a diplomatic official in Brussels.

Options for the U.S. and Europe include additional sanctions against prominent Russian businesses and individuals and, in the harshest possible steps, punitive measures against entire sectors of Russia's economy.

How far the European Union will go, however, depends on whether the 28 countries can agree on a common position. Some southern European nations, led by Italy, and others, including Hungary and Bulgaria that depend on Russian energy, have resisted harsher sanctions.

European leaders have been reluctant to adopt stiff sanctions against Moscow despite pressure from Mr. Obama. Earlier this week, the U.S. acted unilaterally to adopt new, tougher sanctions against Russia, breaking from past rounds where the U.S. coordinated its action with Europe.

Mr. Obama sought to use this inflection point in the crisis to coax European allies toward more assertive action. He pointedly said the plane crash should be "a wake-up call for Europe and the world," that unrest in eastern Ukraine is not simply a "localized" security threat.


"This should snap everybody's heads to attention," Mr. Obama said. "The stakes are high for Europe, not simply for the Ukrainian people."

The business world is already girding for new sanctions.

"Three hundred dead civilians in an airliner will go a long way to weaken even the most skeptical positions on the wisdom of further sanctions against Russia," said Alexander Kliment, an analyst at the Eurasia Group consultancy. Mr. Kliment said in a note to clients that if Ukraine separatists are ultimately proved be responsible for downing the airliner, tougher sanctions "would likely follow."

John Herbst, a former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine under President George W. Bush, said the most important step for Western powers would be for the European Union to enact stronger economic sanctions on Russia.

"It's time for the European community to show that the EU is not a jelly fish, that it can be a serious geopolitical actor," he said.

While Mr. Obama on Friday threatened possible additional sanctions against Russia, defense officials said Washington is still only prepared to offer Ukraine nonlethal aid, such as night-vision goggles which the U.S. promised but has not yet supplied to Kiev.

The American citizen who was killed in the crash, Quinn Lucas Schansman, also held Dutch citizenship, U.S. officials said.

Lo que da risa y colera es la hipocresia de los gringos. Hoy estan rangandose las vestiduras.

Los gringos estan hechando lagrimas de cocodrilo ya que con la muere de inocentes ellos se hacen los bigotes. Razones:

1) Tratar de joder mas a Putin ya que apoya a los separatistas rusos de Ucrania y que provee de armas a los rebeldes, dice Obama. Que hoy mataron hombres, mujeres y niños inocentes y ellos (USA) apoyan a los facistan ucranianos q tambien matan inocentes.
2) Tratan de desviar la atencion del conflicto en Gaza donde Israel mata hombres, mujeres y niños y a los cuales los gringos apoyan y dan armas para seguir matando inocentes .

Ucrania se bajo un avion ruso de pasajeros en el 2011 por error. Los gringos ya se les "olvido" que se bajaron un avion de pasajeros de Iran en 1988 con un 290 personas inocentes que murieron con un misil que tiraron desde un barco tMbien por error. Tiene USA las manos limpias para andar hablando mierd@s pues como siempre NO!

Triste que inocentes mueran y triste que sean usados para la politica sucia de los gringos. Al final la gente comun solo son fichas remplazables en las guerras donde lo que importa son los intereses de las grandes potencias.
