Yo me topé con que no podía hacer un envío a Kuwait, sin embargo me puse en contacto con mi proveedor y realizamos el cambio de la mejor manera

Por un carajo! No puedo asociar la cuenta de Payo con PayPal, me he puesto en contacto miles de veces con ellos y aún así, no logro tener un cambio positivo en mi caso, estoy por quitarme el pelo de la cabeza ya!

Thank you so much to take your time to answer, but I still can’t associate my US Bank account on PayPal. I did all what you told me but with no success, however, the phone number that I had is no longer available, that’s the reason because you couldn’t reach me.
 
This is the message that I get when I try to associate my Bank: "We can not process the registration of the bank account at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Try again later.”

Contestale entonces que no podes todavia, que tenes una cuenta de Bank of America (sino recuerdo mal esa es la de payo) y que necesitas con urgencia poder agregarla. ya estas a unos dias que te arreglen eso

Yo no tuve ningun problema asociando la cuenta de Payoneer a Paypal xD, yo solo les escribi esto:

Y me respondieron asi: (ojo te dan 4 horas para que agregues tu cuenta de payoneer a paypal)

We recently received an email that you can not add your bank account. I really would like to have your concern resolve so I tried to call you at +503 ******** however your number is unavailable. Let me assist you with this.

La tarjeta creo que no te va a dejar por ser de USA y tu cuenta de ESA. yo no trate de asociarla de todos modos.

ya ya cai, es que uds por que las compras las hacen atraves de paypal yo no, yo uso directo la tarjeta en otro sitio. y no la asocie a paypal por que pagando con la tarjeta de aca ESA me quedan los puntos/millas en la TC y me evito la comision por compra del 2% de payo cuando son compras fuera de USA.
