YA LO REVISE COPIE OTRO Q NO ERA

HACER LO SIGUIENTE
Dentro del directorio de PhpMyAdmin que se coloca en documentRoot, o sea htdocs …Buscar el archivo config.sample.inc.php y editar el nombre y dejarlo como config.inc.php para cambiar los valores del usuario y password con el que nos conectamos y quitarle el comentario //
