Shipping Methods & Info
International Economy- Using either Fedex or UPS international economy methods, this method takes 3-5 business days. This can be longer or shorter. This method is automatically insured and traceable.
International First Class or Airmail- Using the United States Post Office, this method can take anywhere from 5-30 days or longer. This can be longer or shorter. While this is a more affordable option, it has its drawbacks such as not being traceable while in delivery. This method NOT insured, NOT refundable and we assume no refund responsibilities if your order does not arrive (Read below for more info).
Disclaimers
When we ship an order out to you from LA, it will take between 3 – 6 weeks to get to you. This is caused by a few things; how far you are, how it’s shipped, and of course, customs. Customs is where most of the delay is. It can be released in a day or in a month. It all depends on what kind of mood they‘re in.
Depending on your countries laws, you might have to pay an import tax. This is based on certain items being over a certain value. These taxes are our of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. Please contact your local customs people to find out if you have these taxes and how much they are for.
With that being said, we will not mark your package as a “Sample” or as a “gift“. They’ll catch us and you, and then we’ll all be screwed. So the best bet is to be honest.
